This letter is written in relation to Executive Committee member Ali bin Al-Buainain. The purpose of this letter is to make a formal complaint against his presence on the Executive Committee under Article 6.2 of the IAP (International Association of Prosecutors) Constitution and call for his suspension from the Association.
