Education and services for children living on reserves is seriously underfunded compared to off-reserve funding.  Nevertheless, a complaint to the Canadian Human Rights Commission regarding the issue was dismissed without any arguments being heard.  Dr. Cindy Blackstock will discuss this important case and its implications for First Nations children and others.
